2. What gets me about this is that FEMA does coordinate w/ multiple states on disasters that span multiple states, or

entire regions, so this dropping the ball into each state's disaster recovery efforts by getting rid of FEMA is a hodge podge of different efforts to address the disaster, overall leading to mis coordinated/hit or miss recovery efforts.

And I bet IMHO that states that don't have an effective recovery effort will then suffer the most, IMHO, poorer states that don't have the robust economies to handle downturns, negative weather events. Again, tRUMP probably trying to hurt 'blue states' as his original target, vs. the actual victims, the poor states impacted.
