I have been having trouble with the SSA login for awhile now (Al's login info sent in the mail twice), but since we are receiving benefits, I hadn't been too concerned.

I have read that once you do get to your account information - download any documents that you have to substantiate your work history, etc. You never know if everything will be deleted from their systems.

I'm so sorry this is happening to you. I hope it's remedied - a slight headache instead of a gut-punch.
