28. They could have killed the filibuster and got work done -- period. They did not. Not for Obama or Biden

When we had all three levers (Senate, House, and WH) we did not kill the filibuster.

When they are in power, we do not use it to kill EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF LEGISLATION that comes through. They did it to us. Paralyze them.

How much better off would we be --
