He was wearing a black American Legion hat. He decided I needed to know his opinion about the recent election. "It's the best thing that ever happened to us" he said in his old man voice. I usually recount the story using Homer Simpson's dad's voice. "Now everyone will be afraid of him." Seems to me, the only people in the world that are afraid of him are repub politicians and a lot of Americans. The rest of the world simply hates him or takes advantage of him because they know he can be bought.
