They would have to PROVE that in a court of law. There would be "discovery" on BOTH sides. Joe could not be forced to testify against his wife. No one in that pack of imbeciles who want to do this has thought things through. Someone had a thought and decided to celebrate it (it may have been his/her first, ever.)
