and the outright animosity that the DOJ has shown towards him is going to make for a VERY uphill battle for them to get a conviction. Even if he did whatever he is accused of, people still have rights. In the same sense that if the cops kick down your door without a warrant, you are "not-guilty", even if they find something incriminating.

All these very public lies accusing Garcia of murder, pedophilia, etc...... they are going to be used in trial to show the bias and hatred of the DOJ towards him, and I doubt a jury will ever convict.

Assuming these "trumped up" charges don't result in a dismissal by a judge before it even GETS to trial.
