Just a few nights before he was caught he was seen in my sister’s neighborhood. A neighbor got home from work and saw him creeping around another house and he took off. I don’t know anyone who wasn’t on high alert before he was caught. Scary times.

And I believe that crowd in East LA would have killed him if they had a few more minutes before the cops arrived.
