I used to volunteer at a community theatre. One year, they decided to do Dickens " Christmas Carol". The director and actor playing the Ghost of Christmas Past decided that part of the ghosts thing was that before it and Ebenezer started moving into the past, the ghost would blow glitter at him. Those of the employees who worked maintenance swore for years afterward they were still vacuuming up that damn glitter!
