and simply no fucks left to give for farmers and rural areas. I've lived lengthy amounts of time in both rural and urban areas and farmers and rural folk have brought this shit on themselves by themselves. For fifty years, they've consistently voted for the party who couldn't give a half-pellet of rat shit about them; in fact, many in said party enjoy disdaining and denigrating them and have no respect for the critical role of farmers.

For fifty years, farmers and rural areas have bashed and trashed the very party that brought them many of the programs that they so strongly rely on and whose elimination would collapse too many rural and farm economies. The very party that continues to do whatever it can for farmers/rural areas, including opposing the elimination of badly needed programs and policies.

Trump fucked them over during his first administration and did not at all hide his intentions or policies. They have NO ONE but themselves to blame!
