My pessimism is gaining the upper hand, so I think there will be nothing past mere aggrievement. And they’ll get help from enemies of the USA who didn’t just quit hating when the orange menace first corrupted the office of president. They’ve been biding their time to carry out asymmetrical attacks, and American pilots dropping bombs on Iran seems a likely tripwire for commencing… well, who TF knows? Our intelligence community is presently focused on Democrats - not international terrorism.

Slap me silly for saying so, but a military government for a brief transitional time is in my top 5 favorable scenarios - not favorable personally, but favorable existentially.
