So either they would do it, or it could increase the likelihood that they would do it...those are two very different statements.

Who? Name names, what's so secret? Why so coy? Iran should know what the message said, and the fugly felon's culty administration knows, so why not identify themselves? It doesn't say they spoke on condition of anonymity, like usual, so spill!
