By “more aggressive” I presume you mean quicker to indict- which would dramatically raise the odds for acquittal or dismissal, and still doesn’t overcome the obstruction, delays and immunity provided by the Roberts court - no AG would have had the power to do so.

I’m guessing you didn’t follow the docs case too closely, and don’t know the difference between, and evidentiary requirements for charging and convicting, for unlawful possession, removal or retention, of National Defense Information, the latter of which is what Trump was eventually charged with.
