15. Trump doesn't even reach the toddler level.

My ex has a cousin who was born severely mentally retarded (I'm sure I'll be torched for that word). She's at about a two year old level of speech, or even less, but makes more sense than Trump ever has. She's also very loving and kind. Trump was never that.

Maybe she should be president? She's got more sense than any MAGA idiot, for sure. She calls everyone "baby", and has far out-lived all expectations to be over 70 years old now.
