No one person did all the nitty-gritty work

The problem I see is that a few people seem to have all the power, they surround themselves with a select team, and then at election time everybody wakes up and comes in to knock doors

In NH we have a chair that's interested in federal seats and the work of finding and supporting all other candidates is left up to local committees who get zero support. Practically nothing. The election for state chair is limited as to who can vote and that's the entrenched old guard.

Squeaky wheels are not welcomed - new ideas, training, work groups, any ask for power sharing, work division, even using social media to talk up what's happening -
