unless he has a "guaranteed result" plan in place at the time.

If he "postpones" the election (for whatever national emergency he can concoct), who would possibly override him? The DOJ, the Republican controlled House, the Republican controlled Senate?

The lower courts might try, but he has shown that he can ignore their decisions with no consequence?
