The civil rights bill is 60 years old now?
That gives us 190 years roughly of ingrained and almost literally inbred racism.
The Tea Party movement had more than their share of racists and nationalists that came out of the woodwork when President Obama was elected and especially, when he was reelected.
The finishing touch is the literal permission that president Trump has given to all of them to have at it as it were.
