Louisiana teacher fired for being gay—after parent found his husband’s obituary.

Was music teacher for 20 years—until parent dug up a 2 year old death notice & turned him in.

Fired for "actively engaging in homosexual activity"—a written clause in contract signed 20 years ago.

Mark Richards says he was told, "Just keep it out of the public and you'll be okay."

"It’s just a stab in the back," he said. It’s just a sad reality that this is the world we live in today."
