6. Being an old fart I know what Medicare is and what it

costs. I have yet to see any MFA proposal that lays out actual costs and benefits. IMHO Bernie's MFA was an aspirational proposal with no actual substance.

What exactly is MFA? Define the coverage and define the cost.
