US Congressman Mike Rulli (R-OH Of Course) was a local grocer who has fought against unions his entire adult life. When he saw an opportunity because that asshole Bill Johnson took a position as dean of Youngstown University, he jumped in to represent the republican heavy district.

Now he has formally introduced legislation in Washington to name July13th as "Faith and Defiance Day" for President Trump's "unshakable courage".
The resolution also reads: “President Trump rightfully stated God alone prevented the unthinkable from happening” and honors him for winning the 2024 presidential election, including every swing state. Can the next president ship this guy off to another state that deserves him?

The reply by the head of the Mahoning County Democratic Party is priceless.

Mahoning County Democratic Party Chairman Chris Anderson said: “I wish Michael Rulli would spend any amount of time addressing the actual concerns of Mahoning County residents and answering for the fact that he just voted for a budget that strips nearly $1 trillion out of Medicaid and drastically reduces SNAP benefits and less time kissing Donald Trump’s ass.”

Anderson said, “While we’re facing a net migration crisis that’s on pace to make us the Alabama of the north it’s truly embarrassing that this is the type of bullshit Mike and his party spend time on and they wonder why young people flee our state. I’ve never seen someone’s lips so firmly attached to someone’s ass. Make someone’s life better. What a fucking moron. This hero worship has to end.”
