Mine is Dave Joyce. Another R but not quite as noisy as Rulli.

Remember when Rulli wanted to ban the plastic grocery bag ban? He whined that paper grocery bags were more expensive to provide. That told me why he wanted to get into politics, for only his own interests. Turned out the paper bags cost only pennies more than plastic, but God forbid Rulli doesn’t get to save a few bucks for his business because fish and wildlife are getting tangled up in plastic that doesn’t get recycled half the time and fills up our landfills. I used to occasionally shop in his stores but I wouldn’t set foot in the parking lot of either one now. He’s a slime ball.
