It occurs to me that - if he has congestive heart failure - we have no way of knowing when it was diagnosed or how advanced it is at present. From what I'm reading, congestive heart failure tends to be asymptomatic in the earlier stages, and symptoms gradually become more severe as the condition advances. Just something to think about.
