and before Hurricane Milton. There was enough money in FEMA to deal with both events, but Biden wanted the House to appropriate more funds knowing how costly at least Helene would be.

Johnson refused to call the House back to session.

Then Trump happened. And then Texas.

Johnson is as much of a man-made disaster as Trump is.
