His first statement cherry picked the details and told the public what he wanted them to know to reach the conclusion that he wanted them to reach. And then, he buried the report.

And the son of a bitch got away with it. We knew what he was doing when he did it. But the outrage was not enough to convince everyone else.

Got, I hope when his time comes to leave this earth, it's as painful as hell.
