Back on air live September 2nd and contract up at the end of the year.

While I didn’t catch his whole broadcast, it mainly focused on Ozzy’s death. He did not discuss his future beyond this year.

I remember reading an article saying something along the direction you are going with this thread. IMHO, it’s just a click and bait. No one interviewed Howard directly, and Howard generally hates most journalists. Probably because they did the same thing this person did, make 💩 up and speculate. It’s just poor journalism.

To say Stern is “fading”, being cancelled for poor ratings or anything else without actually interviewing Howard or anyone relevant to his story is disrespectful. Whatever you want to say about him he’s still one of the most accomplished DJs/entertainers around bar none. I respect what he’s done for 5 decades and will be sorry to see him go.
