10. The next Democratic administration needs to dismantle the entire agency on day one. DOGE them all if you will.

These masked unidentifiable psychopaths can never be held accountable, so they ALL need to go and start over. They have purposely brought in the sickest motherfuckers they can find because they enjoy it. It is all contaminated now, there is no way seperate the wheat from the chaff. Anyone currently working there should be inellgible to work in any law enforcement related positon, including any state or local law enforcement that receives even $1 of federal tax dollars. Maybe find a way to identify those who may be salvagable and have a path back to employment for them.
