He remains responsible for the shutdown, and Republicans are on the hot seat for ACA going forward. Democrats prevented Thanksgiving travel chaos and restored SNAP, and escaped blame for the shutdown which was about to bite. Let's see if Republicans have learned anything.

Stop beating up on Democrats.
