20. We had a brief spell of peace after WWII.

American troops came home exhausted and traumatized.
They just wanted to raise their families in peace and stability.

We were fooled into thinking this was the norm.
When it fact it is probably not the norm.

Oh yes, we have learned evil is quite good at pretending to be good.
And leading us off the cliff.
