The "unregulated / gas station" products were the RATIONALE for this, but McConnell's solution is to make it ALL illegal.

There are multiple articles on this...most of them clearly state that CBD products...which are NOT "THC" products like Delta 9...would also become illegal.

People keep locking in to the "gas station" thing but it's bigger and broader than that. It's ALL hemp products.
