How did he end up in a photo of him with a number of underage topless girls who were pointing at his pants and the spreading stain at the crotch?

Dry hump one of the girls with his pants on?

Wolfe swears that Epstein showed him a few photos of Trump with the topless girls pointing at the stain and laughing.

This is the guy that had years long affairs with Playboy models and had sex with a porn star... and brags about running around the dressing room of Miss Teen USA pageant where "the girls" are getting dressed ( some are under 18 ).

He may not have gotten a massage... but he did some illegal things with underage girls.

And lets not forget, there were 100s of girls that were sex traffic by Epstein, many from Eastern Europe ( like 2 of Trump's 3 wives ).
