18. Yes! Because the only applicable laws are the ones HE makes...

everything that came before is no good... unless he can twist it into his own pretzel... and he's trying desperately to cement HIS laws so they can't be undone. Well, as I see it, one president can (and certainly has) undone everything previous presidents did... I'm sure future presidents can slip his crap back into the swamp where it belongs!
