Too little and he goes from calm to purple faced rage in a nanosecond and over nothing. Too much and he looks like all the air got let out of him and he nods off at inappropriate moments.

Personally, I'd rather Gramps slept through his job. Those rages of his are fucking dangerous,causing him to cancel a trade summit with Canada because he didn't like a provincial PMs social media post...and ordering a war crime near Venezuela. Nope, let the old bugger sleep, it's a hell of a lot safer for our country. It's not like he's qualified to govern or capable of learning how.

I feel sorry for his caregivers, titrating meds is complicated and day to day variations in patient condition can really throw them off.
