Now the International Olympic Committee (IOC), that's some coruption I'm familiar with. If you pay (and bribe) the most is how you'll get them to plunder your city. Most people don't make a cent with these games. Only a tiny minority are controlling this scam and profit from it. They look away from doping, sex scandals, and the list goes on.
