Barron is the Colt who could not stand upright quick enough to find his legs and begin to suckle.

The over protectiveness of Barron by Melania and forbidding him from public speaking of any kind, should be some indication that not all is well. The height thing is another matter as well. At 6'8", who in either family going back a generation or two, was that tall?

We can only speculate for now? I am certain there are some Doctors here at DU who could answer that.
