No, Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene has not issued a specific, direct apology to David Hogg for the harassment incident.

In February 2021, amidst a House vote to strip her of committee assignments, Greene made a general statement in a closed-door meeting and on the House floor where she expressed regret for "words of the past" and engaging in "toxic politics". She clarified that she no longer believed the Parkland shooting was a "false flag" operation and said she knew the fear David Hogg experienced.
