If he does the checks it will be from money that isn't his. I guess he created a sovereign wealth fund and forgot to tell us.

In his speech last night he said he was sending the troops $1,776.00 checks, no mention of the $2,000.00 checks.

So if the fascist SC rules that his tariffs were illegal he can say he can't refund the money, he spent it.
