So the tipster saw him, followed him to his car. Wonder why? He'll be in for some questioning. Prolly just figured the guy would go away.

And the shooter knew the professor in Portugal in the 90s. So why kill the students? Had to work up some courage that he could pull the trigger? So sad.

License plate readers might have picked up the fake license plate.
