4. I'd say so. In normal times one might expect the DOJ to avoid obstructing. Not sure there is any significant penalty.

Could take years to litigate whether redactions complied with law. Now, midterms might be an impact.

Honestly, trump admin has obstructed justice so much in Epstein case that if nothing else is released, people susceptible to rejecting trump will believe the worst.
