3. I live in San Diego and this pisses me off

as far as timing goes. We have had very little rain all Summer and Autumn and now when we finally get some it is a deluge and on one of the most traveled holiday.

We need a slow steady rain so it can sink into the soil, which is rock hard due to such little precipitation for a year. The rain we get will be a disaster since most of it will not be absorbed and just runs off to create a flood situation. Fashion Valley will be turned into a small lake. You know what I'm talking about.
