Uh... huh. So in your perfect world, women would have access to certain things at 18 or 21 while men would have to wait until they're 30? So much for equality, I guess.
Problem with it, is no matter what medium it is, boys will still gain access to it by hook or by crook.
I daresay that if you took away social media tomorrow there would be just as many girls frantically trying to get back into it as there would be boys.
...and if there's no adult around to squash it, then they just go on testing boundaries that seem to have no stopping point.
Agreed. It's crucial for parents to establish and enforce boundaries of proper behavior for their children by imposing punishment when the kids overstep. Sadly, it seems that fewer parents wish to be parents and more prefer to be their child's friend or, even worse, their enabler.
...and yet girls are more developed and more intelligent that boys at the high school age.
There is no significant difference between the sexes in intelligence. There is data to support that boys and girls are, however, slightly better than each other in different areas, such as girls being better at verbal ability while boys are better at spatial reasoning. But there is absolutely no data to support that either sex is more intelligent than the other as you claim.
There is just so much prejudice...
Yes, there most certainly is...
It seems to be a part of the male species...
There is no "male species". Males are not a separate species from females. Why on earth would you frame it like that?

The selective excerpt gave the impression the boys got off scott free, and the girl was punished.

There are not enough numbers in the universe to count all the ways punishing the victim is wrong.
