You'd think that if they were actively adopting lots of kids, the anti-choice, anti-women people would be making sure we are all aware of that.

Just because you're not aware of it doesn't mean it's not happening. There are plenty of Facebook pages and Youtube channels of antis who collect "unwanted" kids that they can turn into arrows for the Lord. The antis at my local clinic routinely bring their adopted and foster kids along to show what a "blessing" kids are.

They protest. They scream at women who are probably already having the worst day of their life. Screaming at the women shows zero love, only hate.

Most people getting abortions don't see it as the worst day of their lives. The most common reported emotion is relief. The day is certainly made worse by people trying to keep them from accessing abortion, though, for sure, and is certainly self-righteous.

If men got pregnant, abortion would be a sacrament.

Trans men get pregnant and it's not a sacrament, fwiw.
