Location: U.S. Embassy in San José, in Front of Centro Comercial del Oeste, Calle 98 Vía 104, Pavas.



Event: A protest is scheduled to take place Saturday, January 3, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. at the U.S. Embassy in San José, in front of Centro Comercial del Oeste, Calle 98 Vía 104, Pavas. The group intends to protest “in solidarity with Venezuela.”



Actions to Take:

Avoid the area near the U.S. embassy in front of Centro Comercial del Oeste, Calle 98 Vía 104, Pavas, San José.
Be aware of your surroundings.
Monitor local media for updates.
Follow the instructions of local authorities.
Remember that Costa Rican law prohibits foreigners from participating in political demonstrations.
