2. They may not speak out unless/until the situation devolves into chaos

Maduro was not well-liked, esp. not by the wealthy. For now most of them probably think it was a "good thing" to get rid of that asshole.

However, their feelings will probably change if armed conflicts over power erupt in their homeland because the US removed Maduro with no plan for what happens afterward.
