If Trump was strong, he wouldn't need to change building names, demolish the White House, look for countries to invade and hoist himself on a pedestal. It's all histrionics, the type of stuff he has engaged in since he first ran for president. I can only imagine how much Putin is satisfied with the jackass he has imposed on America. Notice how quiet VP has been lately? He doesn't need to make noise when Trump is doing it for him.
