It's all about the narrative, who controls the narrative is winning.

Here was my example many years ago;

Fox News says Obama beats his wife, CNN says it needs more information, MSNBC says no he doesn't. All 3 networks are doing what Republicans want them to do, talk about Obama beating his wife. MSNBC can have on 100 guests and 100 witnesses and a million experts all claiming that Obama does not beat his wife, that's exactly what Republicans want.

There are many subtle examples of controlling the narrative that I see today;

Oh dear, what country will Krasnov invade next is the narrative that Magats want everyone to talk about. The next country that Krasnov is going to use the military to perform law enforcement functions on, is the United States.

Krasnov wants to bypass search warrants, wants to bypass arrest warrants, wants to bypass jury trials and that's the narrative that we should be talking about, instead of worrying about Cuba or Columbia, better start worrying about the United States.

All of those former generals and admirals who went on TV and stated that the military will not obey illegal orders were either lying or woefully ignorant about what Krasnov has already done to the military, firing the JAG officers should have given them a clue.
