about a narrative. It's about producing results. Propaganda wars of bullshit serve only to turn off the moderate voters who decide elections. The narrative line only serves to stoke division between the solidified voters who defend their "turf". Centrists, independent and swing voters (the ones who decide election outcomes) want real policy that produces real results. The soap opera game is old and tired, and we need to stop making it the primary campaign tool. The right will not give it up, ever, and that is how we beat them: by behaving like the adults in the room.
