they are still considered to have received it, and it can't be transferred to another person or revoked. As far as the Nobel Committee is concerned, Machado is the sole recipient and can't share it no matter what she says she wants to do to placate Trump, and even if she decides to share the monetary award (sharing the award is up to the recipient and doesn't violate the NPP rules). https://www.nobelprize.org/questions-and-answers-on-the-nobel-peace-prize/
