... mercifully expires – which can't happen soon enough – he does not deserve to be buried in Arlington Cemetery; he should be buried at sea entombed in a concrete sarcophagus directly over the Mariana Trench's Challenger Deep. We can be pretty sure his malignant spirit won't escape from there.
