only NOT for Venezuelan oil.

Venezuela's crude oil is very heavy by international standards, and as a result much of it must be processed by specialized domestic and international refineries.

From a standard 42-gallon barrel of crude oil, U.S. refineries typically produce about 19 to 20 gallons of gasoline, with the rest yielding other products like diesel, jet fuel, and asphalt, though Venezuelan crude's heavy nature can slightly alter this yield. Venezuelan oil is heavy, making refining more complex, but generally, a barrel yields a similar range of products to other crudes, with roughly 45-50% becoming gasoline after processing.
