19. Has the passenger in the vehicle made a statement publicly? I've looked ...

… but haven’t been able to find anything. Her mother has made a statement, but only verifying that authorities notified her of her daughter’s death and that she lived in Minnesota with her partner. I’m sure the passenger is horribly traumatized, but she might be able to shed light on what they were doing.
