37. National Guard

Although I consider myself well read person who can hold is own in most conversations, I only have a high school diploma. With that being said, those here who have their J.D. Please answer these questions for me 1) Governor Walz has no authority to stop Federal Officers from entering his state due to the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution? 2) The interstate road system technically falls Federal jurisdiction, yes or no? I am curious.
